General Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If we have made an error such as sending you the wrong size, color, or design, please let us know and we will do our best to sort out the problem as quickly as possible. In most cases we will replace your order and assist in arranging for the return of your defective goods. We may, at our sole discretion refund your purchase. If your order is damaged during shipping, we will also remedy the problem quickly as possible. In either case, you must notify us within three business days of receipt of your goods. Please contact us by emailing our customer service department. Be sure to include your order number, so we can deal with the problem more efficiently.
In the case of shipping damage, we will need to fill out a claim with the shipper. Please do not open or alter the packaging, so the shipper can quickly verify the damage and return the package to us.
T-Shirt Return Policy
Sizing can be difficult or controversial, especially when ordering a product for someone else. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes. We use Hanes shirts, which are well known to offer industry reliable sizing.
We do not offer a “goods on approval” service and will only exchange items that are defective or incorrect when compared to what you actually ordered. Since our shirts are made custom to your order, we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange properly fulfilled orders.
Art Print Return Policy
Our digitally printed art prints are also custom made to your order specifications. Because of this, we cannot accept returns unless we have made an error or there was shipping damage.
Books & Postcards Return Policy
Unopened packages of books and post cards may be returned for a 20% restocking fee. Please contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization.
