Licensing Request

All requests are subject to review and approval. Based on your project we may require additional information once your request has been submitted. Greg Young Publishing, Inc. will not quote a project without the requester having provided us with the basic information requested on the licensing form. We do not have a flat rate base as quotes are based on imagery, quantity, terms, territory, and use.

For one-time licensing requests, a licensing fee will be determined and must be agreed upon by both parties before an agreement can be reached. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for processing your request (excluding holidays).

No rights are granted until the one-time agreement is signed and payment is collected. For rush service (turnaround time 2-3 days) a fee of 20% from the total licensing fee will be incurred. Payments accepted are: Checks, money orders, and credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Once the quoted amount has been approved by Licensee, a License Agreement and payment must be in place first before any files are released. Please specify the type, size and dpi you would like the image(s) to be. We will do our best to meet those exact specifications.

*Note: If imagery is needed before executing the agreement and payment, for placement purposes only, a non-refundable fee will be incurred.

For multiple usage requests, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Please attach a proposal form outlining the length of the term, advance, and royalties to be paid. Any further details will be handled by Greg Young or a licensing representative.

For movie or television use, please fax or e-mail a release form with the image code, title and artist name for approval.
